So, I've been served. "V's" trying hard to help me through this. With her background, she's been trying hard to help me through this whole fucking process of filing and stuff. It's just, going through all this has taught me that the legal system is bogus. It doesn't matter if you are telling the truth or not, all that matters is that all the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" crossed. Not only that, it's up to the attorney to make his shit sound better than the other guy. In this regards, fucking attorney's are no better than those telemarketers that call you late nights asking you to buy their shit. At least you know what you are getting into with the telemarketers.

I'll just say that I owe people money that I'm not sure I actually owe them. The account number is non-familiar and any information that I can look at is obsolete (according to my records). My stuff is over 7 years old, AND that's only if that's the same account number. And even then, I paid it all off over 7 years ago.

I can't even ask these people, straight up, "What the fuck!?!?!", becuase there's a process behind asking questions. Do you remember a time when you could ask someone something and not have to supply triplicates?!?!

This is completely stupid. The legal system is set up to protect those who can shine the best instead of the truth. No wonder the bitch is blind. She doesn't want to see what the system has turned into.
