The Boat, the Alligator and the woman
Well, here’s another dream I had.
I’m on a small boat. Kind of like the one in Jaws. I’m tied up and laying on the back. There’s a woman tied up also. She’s wearing a red button down shirt, jean shorts. She has dark hair and red lip stick. She has light skin; I guess for those of you that know me, she’s lighter than me, but darker than Emily Stone.
Anyway.
The group of men that tied us up have gone about their business, not giving us another thought. I don’t know why I’m there, but the woman seems rather calm about it, almost as if it figured in her day.
The day isn’t too cloudy. It would be a good day if it wasn’t for the kidnapping.
I’m on what seems to be a river or some section of everglades. Almost what you would expect to find down in Florida; there are trees along the edge of the river, stumps and such jetting out of the river. The river is wide, but calm.
I notice that the back of the boat can be lowered like a ramp, and as I motion to the woman, who’s between me and the ramp lever, She says, “Don’t even think about it”. Again, for those of you that know me, I really don’t think about it and pull the lever. The ramp lowers into the water and I push the woman with my body because we’re still tied up and all I can do is roll.
In the water, I can see the woman and somehow I get my hands free. I grab the rope around her wrists and hold on while I try to grab on to the boat as it begins to move away. All of a sudden, I see an alligator that was perched on a stump of tree in the middle of the river charge towards the woman. I can see the alligators teeth as it tries to chomp on the woman but I pull hard on the woman’s hands and drag her away from the alligator. My hold on the ramp slips for a second when the boat changes speed and direction. I see the alligator try again at the woman, and again I pull her up towards me.
All this time we are under water. The water is clear enough to see the woman and the alligator. I can see the ramp I need to grab on to on the boat in order to keep away from the alligator, but I can’t seem to grab it.
That’s when I wake up.

INTERPRETATION:
Turns out I’m in the middle of making mistakes. I have to be cautious and take care against treachery and complications if I’m going to “hold on” to those bright prospects. If I’m going to escape my misfortunes, I’m going to have to break free from my bounds.
BUT…What are the bounds that I’m holding on to?
